We have worked in the East Midlands area buying, developing and selling a variety of sites for as long as we can remember. Whether that be; commercial, industrial or residential; one or over two hundred plots; sites with or without planning, or strategic land. You name it, we’ve got experience with it.
We have built up invaluable relationships with planners, local authorities, architects, agents and specialist experts essential to the planning process. Navigating each stage is complicated, time-consuming and expensive. It requires expertise and contacts in each area to ensure the end goal is achieved. We are actively looking for sites within; Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire.
Sites with or without planning and being able to accommodate anything from 3 all the way to 50 properties.
We will consider garden plots, greenfield, brownfield, industrial or commercial sites with or without existing building footprints. Sites ready to build or for future strategic development.
